• Offshore Allocation: $950k directly to project capex (modular deployment in NSW’s Central-West Orana REZ)
• Operational Access: $50k to local business account (transparency + momentum)
• Financial Oversight: Xero-linked, quarterly reporting

📈 Revenue Model

Two return pathways are modeled:

 

• Grid Tariff-Only Model: Baseline stable returns (low-volatility scenario)
• Grid + Contract Revenue: Higher upside return curve (hybrid model)

Investor Terms (Stage One):

• 30% equity in Helios.sys’s pilot project
• 50/50 revenue split until initial return target is met
• After return, distributions revert to share allocation
